Agriculture
Al Ashrafiyah's business stratergy is to identity niche investment opportunities that have the potential to yield steady and attractive returns in the medium as well as long term.
Since 1980, the Government of Bahrain has aimed at expanding domestic production of crops through such programs as distribution of seeds, technical assistance in adopting new and more efficient irrigation technologies, and low interest credit. Although these programs have contributed to significant increases in the production of eggs, milk, and vegitables, agricultural imports remain a permanent aspect of the country's international trade.
Al Ashrafiyah is undertaking a feasibility study for a major agriculture project in the Kingdom Of Bahrain.
